About MAP Audio
MAP Audio is an audio player and meter for inspecting recordings in ChatGPT, for musicians, producers, podcasters and audio engineers. Attach a recording and MAP Audio opens it with a waveform, a spectrogram, and sample peak, true peak, RMS and integrated LUFS readings measured in your browser. Drag across the waveform to loop a passage: ChatGPT receives the whole-file measurements, the playhead and the selected start and end times, so you can refer to that passage, and it can mark sections on the timeline. Download the original file while its copy is available. Limits: files up to 32 MiB, uploaded copies expire after one hour, and playback depends on your browser's codec support. MAP Audio plays and measures audio; it does not edit, mix, master or generate sound.
