As Workday adds agents, admins can make them available in Claude through the connector already in place. Developers can also use Workday Agent-Ready Tools to build agents for their custom workflows, using the same connection.
Each request follows the roles, permissions, approval chains, and audit controls already configured in Workday.
Your organization must have an active Workday Universal Main Subscription Agreement (UMSA) subject to applicable Product Terms and the relevant Workday agents configured in the Agent Management Hub.
