Getting Started

Install the full CodeTogether Suite for complete functionality, or opt for the Live module if you only need live collaboration features.

Full Suite Setup:

• Install: Add the CodeTogether plugin to your IDE. • Log in: Click Log in from the CodeTogether view. • Set up your project: Use the Welcome checklist to configure integrations and add your project.

Live Collaboration:

• Start a session: Click Host New Session to share your IDE. • Invite guests: Select Invite others from the Hosting section in the CodeTogether view, and then select the team member (full suite only) or click Copy to copy the session URL to your clipboard to share with others. • Join a session: Select an active session from the Remote Sessions node in the Projects panel of the CodeTogether view (full suite only). Alternatively, click Join Session and use the session URL to join.

Optimize Development:

• Go to the portal: Click Dashboard from the CodeTogether view. • Analyze Insights: Access the dashboards, reports and activity logs for AI-driven insights into current workflow. • Streamline development: Leverage insights to make informed decisions and mentor team members effectively.
