Bondsmith: one live picture of your team's work
Your PRs, reviews, CI, and Jira tickets in one place you can act on.
Code ships in GitHub, work is planned in Jira, decisions happen in Slack, and deployments run in CI. No single tool tells the whole story. Bondsmith connects them and routes what needs you to you.
For you: one queue
Every open PR across your org, sorted into Merge Ready, Needs Fix, and Waiting on Others. See reviews you owe, what's overdue, and failing checks with the job that broke.
For your team: shared context
What shipped, what's stuck, and what's at risk across every repo, without anyone compiling it. Each PR is linked to the Jira ticket it closes, with its CI status attached and the reason it was linked.
From Slack
Approve PRs, merge with a live risk check (conflicts, failing CI, approvals, open threads), assign suggested reviewers, reply to and resolve review comments, and get a daily digest in your DMs.
Actions cost insights (Team)
Track spend per workflow, job, and repo, with budget projections and optimization hints before the bill arrives.
Coming soon: context for your coding agent
From any PR or ticket, send its context (acceptance criteria, linked PRs, CI results, review comments) to a Claude Code, Codex, or OpenCode session on your own machine. Bondsmith supplies the context, not the agent.
How it works
• Install the GitHub App and authorize your org. Webhooks keep it current. • Add Jira (OAuth) and Slack (one admin install) when you're ready.
Security
Bondsmith reads PR metadata and diffs on demand and never stores your source code. Write access is used only for PR actions you take, like posting comments and submitting reviews.
Pricing
Free for individual developers, scoped to your own activity. Team is $12 per Bondsmith user/month, not per GitHub contributor.
