The Summer Connector app allows you to create GitHub connectors in Summer. By adding the app, you are granting Summer read access to metadata from your org's private and public GitHub repos, including Issues, PRs, and more.

How to sync metadata from your org's private repos in Summer
• First you need to add this Summer Connector app to your org's GitHub account • Next, head back to Summer to create a new GitHub Connector • Once in Summer, start by adding a new Connector • Select GitHub • Under Authentication, select OAuth and connect to your GitHub account that is a member of the org you installed the app in • Enter the repo names you want to sync data from (space separated) -- Reminder: This app is only required if you want to sync metadata from your GitHub org's private repos into your Summer account • Enter the remaining info for your Connector and click Connect
We will now attempt to connect to your GitHub account and check that we can access the listed repos. If everything is configured correctly, the connection tests will pass and we will start syncing your data.
