Finite - Mindful Social Media Companion users statistics

Set post limits on social media feeds, and get reminders to take breaks. Finite helps you manage your social media usage mindfully.

We want to make the endless infinite scroll into finite, intentional sessions, by letting you set clear boundaries for your social media use.

How this extension Works:

• Finite Session: Set a limit on the number of posts you want to view in each session. Finite counts the posts as you browse, and will show a reminder when you've reached your limit, giving you a clear cue to take a break or go back to work, study, or daily life.
• Post Numbers: If you prefer something less structured, Finite also adds post numbers to your feed. It shows you how many posts you’ve read, and it could be used as exit cues as well.

PRO Features (Free Trial, No Credit Card Required):

• Keyboard Navigation: Go to the previous and next posts using keyboard shortcuts.
• Focus Mode: Dim surrounding content to help you focus on the current post.
• Custom Setup: Configure and use Finite on any webpage.

Finite isn't about eliminating social media—it’s about improving your relationship with it.

The opposite of doomscrolling isn’t quitting social media cold turkey — it’s using social media intentionally to get valuable insights and enjoyment. With Finite, you can stay in control on your social media consumption, without getting lost in the infinite scroll.

Try Finite Session today and reclaim your focus from doomscrolling!
