After installing and signing up, Sundial appears in the left column of Google Calendar.

2️⃣ Share Times Turn "Share times" on in the sidebar. Then drag time blocks on your calendar. Sundial turns them into copyable text, and can adjust it to any timezone. No more timezone mistakes. Choose how you write dates and times, and Sundial matches you exactly — in any language.

3️⃣ Overlays Paste a message or upload a screenshot. Sundial turns the times into visual overlays, showing you exactly where they are on your calendar. No more remembering proposed times or timezone conversions.

4️⃣ Bulk Events Create or delete multiple calendar events all at once.

5️⃣ Workspaces Save the people you schedule with regularly. Open a workspace with one click and Google Calendar opens with everyone already there, ready to schedule. Name them to stay organized.

6️⃣Calendar Watch Set up Calendar Watch to automatically check events for missing video links, rooms, and locations. Sundial flags what’s missing right in Google Calendar.
