Note: Canopy is the new name for Annotate PRO (AP), a solution used by thousands of educators worldwide for years. Existing AP users will see the new name but the features they depend on remain and their existing subscriptions persist.
Canopy is free to use and you don't need a credit card to get started. There are four subscription levels:
- Canopy Essentials is forever-free and makes it easy to create and use Templates as a comment bank.
- Canopy Plus requires a paid subscription and adds Feedback Forms and Dynamic Rubrics.
- Canopy Assist adds AI-powered draft feedback and document analysis.
- Canopy Insights adds AI-powered synthesis of Canvas and D2L course data.
