This Extension has been created specifically FOR YouTube and conforms to all google privacy rules and YouTube branding/API rules

Ever wondered what the very first comment on a YouTube video was? Want to see YouTube comments in chronological order, from the oldest comment to the newest?

YouTube lets you sort comments by Top comments or Newest first, but it doesn't provide an Oldest first option. This extension adds it.

With YouTube Comments Oldest First, you can quickly find the earliest comments ever posted on a video and explore how the conversation evolved over time.

── HOW IT WORKS ──

1. Sign in with your Google account — one click, no API key required
2. Open any YouTube video
3. Click the new “Oldest first” button above the comments
4. Browse comments in true chronological order, from the first comment ever posted to the most recent

That's it. No complicated setup.

However, if you don't want to sign in to use the extension, there is a Manual setup, where you make the API key yourself by following the tutorial in the extension, this method saves you having to sign in, but does require an initial 5 minute setup
