About Video Mouse Hider
Hides your mouse when idle over videos.
This extension hides your mouse when idle over videos. YouTube™ and HBO Max and others have this built-in already.
Supported Websites: ✔ Hulu ✔ Vimeo ✔ Dailymotion ✔ and many more
You can also set a keyboard shortcut to manually hide the cursor (hovering over video or fullscreen not required).
Contact me if there's a specific website you'd like me to add specific timeout settings for. By default the idle time is set to 2 seconds after the last mouse movement. YouTube, for example, has a 4 second idle time so that the mouse hides when for the player interface gets hidden too.
⚠️ Troubleshooting and Notes: ▸ It appears that Chrome extensions that hide the mouse cursor require the mouse to be moved after the pages loads. I haven't found a way around this. ▸ Some website video players resist cursor hiding. I found a work-around for fullscreen videos but I'm not aware of a solution when videos are not fullscreen.

Data source
Covers every Chrome Web Store extension with at least 100 users, found through the store's public sitemap. User counts are read from public listing pages. The 10% most-used extensions are refreshed daily, the next 40% weekly and the next 40% monthly; the least-used 10% are not refreshed. Google displays rounded user counts (and caps the display at 10,000,000+), so small changes may not be visible. Rating counts above 1,000 are rounded (e.g. 1.6K).
