The adapter implements sendMessages and reconnectToStream. Request headers, body fields, and metadata are rejected unless explicitly allowlisted. Authorization, DPoP, Origin, deployment, session, Agent/version, run, cursor, refresh, tenant, and identity overrides always fail before networking.
V0 regenerate semantic
trigger: "regenerate-message" always throws typed Agents24AiSdkError code REGENERATE_UNSUPPORTED. The frozen V0 client-runtime routes do not expose a regenerate operation, so the adapter does not invent a route, replay a prompt, or fall back to ordinary submit.

The complete validated runtime event is always emitted as an ordered Agents24 data part. Rich protocol information therefore remains available even when AI SDK has no equivalent native chunk.
Ordinary text chat, tools, reasoning, sources, and reconnect map directly. Repeated HITL, MCP OAuth, thread administration, quota UI, attachments, and richer response blocks may require Agents24 data parts or direct @agents24/client APIs. User file parts, assistant/tool-driven submit shapes, client-forged history, reconnect mutations, and regenerate fail explicitly rather than being silently dropped.
Agent questions are preserved as data-agents24-hitl. This adapter does not provide a question renderer or resume helper; submit the typed respond action and ordered answers through the underlying @agents24/client, then use its canonical reattach lifecycle.
Adapter telemetry never receives credentials or raw identity. Prompt and tool content is excluded unless includePromptAndToolContentInTelemetry is explicitly enabled.
