pandō

Expose less source, make coordinated changes with your AI agent, and keep every committed step. People get room to explore; agents get less mechanical work and more attention for design and behavior.

pandō is a “code firewall”: a metaphor for minimizing exposure, not eliminating it. Some code still needs to reach the model provider.

How it works

Your program is a local, versioned database; your original checkout stays untouched. Your MCP-compatible agent navigates code as a graph, requests focused context, and makes coordinated structural changes. Each committed change creates a semantic commit automatically, so the agent can select an earlier state and continue on a different path without an undo sequence. pandō presents ordinary files for classic tools, builds, and tests, so you can keep your existing tools.

Get started

Use Node.js 24.10 or newer and follow the setup prerequisites.

npx -y pando-ai

For a direct MCP connection:

npx -y pando-ai serve /absolute/path/to/project

TypeScript and JavaScript are supported in this release. See the API reference for tools, examples, and operational limits. Check operation results and run behavioral tests after changes.
