About Scribbl: AI Note Taker for Meetings: Record Google Meet, Zoom & Teams
AI meeting notes, minutes, transcripts and recordings with no bot in the call. Ask ChatGPT or Claude about any meeting.
Scribbl is an AI notetaker and AI meeting assistant that works with no bot in the call. When the call ends you get the video recording, a transcript with speaker names, and meeting minutes: a summary, decisions and action items. It works with Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
HOW TO RECORD GOOGLE MEET WITHOUT THE RECORD BUTTON Meet's own recording isn't available on every account, and it needs the host's permission. Scribbl is a meeting recorder that records the calls you join, on personal Gmail accounts too, and when you're not the host. Nothing joins the call, so nobody has to admit a bot. Let everyone know you're recording.
MINUTES OF MEETING IN THE FORMAT YOU CHOOSE Get the minutes of meeting (MOM) with decisions, action items with owners and next steps. Pick a template for sales calls, interviews, one-on-ones and stand-ups, or describe your own.
GOOGLE MEET TRANSCRIPTION YOU CAN SEARCH Read the full transcript with speaker names, and search every word across your past conversations.
ZOOM AND MICROSOFT TEAMS TOO Get the same notes, transcript and recording from Zoom and Teams calls, with no bot joining those either. Everything lands in one library.
ASK CLAUDE OR CHATGPT ABOUT YOUR MEETINGS Connect your Scribbl library to Claude or ChatGPT and ask what a client asked for, what you promised, or what changed since last week.
SHARE WITH YOUR TEAM Send notes, transcripts and recordings with a link, or keep them private.
PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Recordings are private by default, and Scribbl doesn't use your conversations to train AI for anyone other than you.

Data source
Covers every Chrome Web Store extension with at least 100 users, found through the store's public sitemap. User counts are read from public listing pages. The 10% most-used extensions are refreshed daily, the next 40% weekly and the next 40% monthly; the least-used 10% are not refreshed. Google displays rounded user counts (and caps the display at 10,000,000+), so small changes may not be visible. Rating counts above 1,000 are rounded (e.g. 1.6K).
