dz qe-rounds --source native reports durable native QE history without writing. Explicit --action prepare|evaluate|begin-repair|begin-continuation invokes the exact installed skills-meta helper from the CLI module, checks core/helper capabilities and uses the existing receipt schema. Prepare and begin-repair require --reviewers <json>. The default native ceiling is three; native --ceiling, duplicate/unknown options, legacy reconstruction and source collisions refuse. Omitted source retains the bridge reader.

Experimental Codex recall observer

dz codex-recall-observe launches and proxies one Codex App Server over newline-delimited JSON on stdin/stdout. Configure your App Server client to launch this command in place of codex app-server; it observes only that owned child. It cannot attach to an already running Codex CLI, desktop app or platform session.

The project must already have a .dz directory for snapshots. No store is created by the observer. It enables initialize.capabilities.experimentalApi and, on thread/start, experimentalRawEvents. Supported evidence is pinned to Codex 0.160.1. That version has no raw-event option on thread/resume; an actual restart/resume without new native raw events reports unknown. Compaction, rollback, resume and disconnect clear current pending evidence. Existing clients must explicitly support this proxy launch; no global client configuration is changed.

accounted-input requires verified generated hook ownership, native hook completion, complete framed lesson bytes in a tagged developer context item, and positive item attribution for the same thread, turn and response. Partial spill proves only complete surviving lesson segments; the observer never follows spill paths. Item tokens cover the entire native context item, which may include sibling context or cached input. They do not measure tokens per lesson, fresh injections, billed cost, model attention or lesson usefulness. Missing or unsupported evidence stays unknown. currentStage separately reports hook-completed and context-recorded before accounting is available. A new turn clears the current stage; late contradictory sibling evidence retracts that turn's accounting. Other historical observations remain separate from current evidence. Normal helper output remains unchanged outside the proxy; genuine hybrid daemon replies use the established hybrid score floor, while cosine replies retain their existing score policy.…
