Mouse Jiggler — Keep Awake users statistics

Keep your computer awake with one click. Stops sleep, screensaver and screen lock. No tracking, works offline.

Keep your computer awake with one click.

Click the toolbar icon, flip the switch, and your computer will not sleep, start the screensaver, or lock the screen until you turn it off. No tab needs to stay open, no window needs to stay visible — it works with everything minimized.

WHY THIS MOUSE JIGGLER

• One-click keep awake — no setup, no account • Two modes: keep the screen awake, or let the screen sleep while the system stays awake (great for downloads and long-running tasks) • Auto-off timer: 30 minutes, 1, 2 or 4 hours — the toolbar badge counts down • Remembers its state across browser restarts • Free, forever

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

• Collects no data at all • Makes no network requests — works 100% offline • No account, no sign-up • Only three narrow permissions (power, storage, alarms) — no access to your browsing, tabs or history

HONEST LIMITS

A browser extension cannot move your real mouse cursor, and it cannot keep you "active" in Microsoft Teams, Slack, or employee time trackers — no extension can, Chrome does not allow it. This extension keeps your computer awake; that is the one job it does, and it does it well.

Need actual mouse movement, keyboard activity, or an active status in Teams and time trackers? That needs a desktop app running outside the browser. Ours is at mouse-jiggler.org, with a free trial.
