About Export WhatsApp Contacts, Group Members & Chat Backup to Excel – WASendly
Export & extract WhatsApp contacts, group members & phone numbers to Excel, CSV, vCard. Back up chat history as HTML with photos.
WASendly exports your WhatsApp contacts, group members and full conversations straight from WhatsApp Web — into Excel, CSV, vCard or a self-contained HTML file. No copy-paste, no screenshots — your messages never leave the browser.
🚀 WHAT IT DOES
✅ Contacts into a spreadsheet Export your saved address book, or everyone you have chatted with, including unsaved phone numbers. Every row carries the country code, country name, international format, saved name, public name, business-account flag and labels.
✅ Group member lists Pick one or more groups and pull out every participant, with a switch to include or skip admins.
✅ A whole conversation as a readable file Save an entire chat — messages, timestamps, senders and images — as a single HTML file that opens in any browser and looks like the app itself. Optional full-resolution photo download and a date-range filter.
✅ Bulk archive Send every conversation into one ZIP, sorted into chats/ and groups/ folders with a searchable index page.
📁 OUTPUT FORMATS Excel (.xlsx) · CSV (.csv) · vCard (.vcf) · HTML · ZIP

🔐 PRIVACY Messages and numbers are read inside your browser and written directly into the file you download. We never upload, store or sell your conversations or contact lists. Signing in with Google is used only to check your licence — nothing from your chats is sent to us.

Data source
Covers every Chrome Web Store extension with at least 100 users, found through the store's public sitemap. User counts are read from public listing pages. The 10% most-used extensions are refreshed daily, the next 40% weekly and the next 40% monthly; the least-used 10% are not refreshed. Google displays rounded user counts (and caps the display at 10,000,000+), so small changes may not be visible. Rating counts above 1,000 are rounded (e.g. 1.6K).
